Users are unable to reset their expired passwords via SSPR.
We are aware of some issues concerning attendance calls not being made in some circumstances. This issue has been escalated to the vendor.
Attendance call issues have been resolved at this time.
The identified issue is related to the schedule attendance calls were set to be made with. That schedule is being adjusted accordingly.
