SmartPass is reporting that they are investigating errors when creating passes. Updates will be posted once they are made available by SmartPass.
SmartPass has reported that this issue is now resolved.
From SmartPass, "We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Scheduled passes may not trigger on time."
