Network Drives Missing U Drive

Users have reported that their U drive is unavailable when logging into a Windows desktop. This is a known issue we are investigating. We do have a work-around available, if you are affected please submit a ticket and we can help restore your access while we work out why this is occurring.

A fix has been implemented that should restore U drive connectivity for all users. If you are still missing access to yours please submit a ticket.
