Users are unable to reset their expired passwords via SSPR.

Users at 2 different sites are currently unable to empty trash from their email accounts. The issue has been identified, upgrades are underway to address this issue.
The issue preventing users from being able to empty their trash has been resolved.

OSD Portal[RESOLVED] Access to curriculum missing from Portal
Users are reporting missing access to curriculum in the portal. We are investigating.
This should be fixed at this time. If you are still missing something please send us a ticket.
Curriculum should be available to students and faculty at this time. Instructional coaches and other specialists are pending.
The issue has been identified and is in the process of being fixed. Staff and students should begin to see restoration of curriculum in their access portals as we progress.
